Sl. No. 298; Saarasa suvadana; Kalyaani; Aadi; Keerthanam; Saanskrit.

Oh Lord with a face resembling that of a lotus, and of glorious exploits, may you be victorious. You are venerated by a host of estimable celestials.
Oh Lord of goddess LAKSHMI, benevolent Lord, You are the vanquisher of illusion. You, the infinite one is the only refuge for the people of the universe.
You are to the clan of demons what fire is to the forest. Your speech is very mellifluous. You reside in the hearts of ascetics who have conquered their ego. You redeem the hapless ones from miseries. You are devoted to cattle and held aloft the mountain.
You subdued the pride of the serpent KALIYA, who flaunted his great hood before you. Your form resembles the dark clouds. You the progenitor of Cupid, burnt to cinders the primordial fear of existence. Your beautiful forehead framed by curly locks is adorned with a mark of musk paste.
The beauty of your eyes excel that lotus, You are the conqueror of all the enemies. Oh! Distinguished son of the lunar dynasty. You repose on the serpent. You are adored by SANKARA, BRAHMA, INDRA and others. You are Lord PADMANABHA, the enchanter of every mind.
