Sl. No.245; Raajivaksha baaro; Sankaraabharanam; Aadi ; Keerthanam; Kannada.
Artist:
Prof. Vayyankara Madhusoodhanan.
Note:
This is the only Swathi Composition in Kannada by Swathi. It is actually Sanskrit with a few gentle Kannada usages. Listening to this piece, one is reminded of the famous Krishna Nee Begane in Yamuna Kalyani, a composition of relatively recent orgin.

Oh RAJIVAKSHA! Please come. Oh beloved of RADHA, please come.
One, who is the substratum of the existence of the three worlds, please come.
One who danced on the hood of the serpent KALIYA and one who is like a boat which helps to cross the ocean of SAMSARA please come.
Oh child KRSHNA adorned with gold ornaments, and who snitched butter, oh VENKATARAMANA! Please come.
Oh MADHAVA! Who manifested as fish and tortoise, oh RANGA! Please come. One, who vanquished the wicked enemies, oh lord of the DEVA-s please come.
Oh HARI! Whose form is effulgent like rain cloud and you are eternal, please come. Whose feet are like lotus, oh VARIJANABHA! Please come
