Sl. No. 295; Saarasa sama mridu pada; Gauri Manohari; Aadi ; Keerthanam; Saanskrit.

Varkala C.S. Jayaram.

Oh Lord JALAJANABHA! The paragon of propriety and decorum! Your feet are like the tender lotus. Oh HARI! Please dwell in my heart and may you be victorious!
Oh progenitor of Cupid! You are worshipped by ascetics and celestials. You repose on the ocean of milk.
You removed the fear of GAJENDRA-the king elephant. You annihilated a host of demons. You are the repository of great virtues.
You are engrossed in giving the desired boons to the devotees. You are adored by NARADA and SAUNAKA.
You are the repository brimming with compassion. Oh all pervading Lord! Consort of RAMA! your form is effulgent. Your face resembles the autumnal full moon. You are adorned with garland KAUSTUBHA. You are the sun and moon as your eyes, please protect me.
Help me across the mass of sins. You burn to cinders a host of wicked emboss. You vanquished a group of fierce and formidable demos, like MADHU. Your exploits are sacred. Please dwell in my heart and bless me with good fortune.
