Oh Lord PADMANABHA! Please protect me always, supreme Lord, Your great exploits are extolled by the celestials.
You destroy the wicked and reduce the burden of mother Earth. You grant desired boons to your devotees. Oh Destroyer of the demon MURA! One who reclines joyously on ADISESHA. The immaculate Lord, your eyes resemble the blooming lotus flower.
You enjoy the company of cowherds. You, who are the repository of all charming and nobble virtues, conquered the pride of fierce demons. Oh! the Lord of this earth! You alleviate the miseries of your devotees. You have the glory of granting abundant prosperity to poor KUCELA. The music flowing from your flute bewitches the heart of people.
You amused yourself in the beautiful forest called MADHUVANA, which resonates with calls of parrots and cuckoos. You have a soft smiling countenances. Oh the lord of SRI INDRA and other eminent ones who are wearing crowns that shine like crores of suns, bow at your feet; thus making your feet effulgent by the reflection of their crowns. You are the Lord of the YADU clan.
The beauty of your face resembles the moon. You are in the company of BALADEVA. Your beauty is nonpareil. GOPALA! virtuous people find refuge in you. The father of Cupid, you conquered all your enemies. Oh bestower of good fortune! You are adorned with attractive yellow silk. Your tresses resemble dark blue hued swarm of bees.
