Sl. No.129; Kalayaami raghuraamam; Begada; Chaapu; Keerthanam; Saanskrit. Artist: Dr. B. Arundhathi.

I pray to RAGHURAMA, the crown among the kings.
One who has a glowing form like the blue lotus and is the most sacred.
You destroyed RAVANA the brother of KUBERA, just as the fire destroys dense forest. You are adorned with attire that shines like molten gold. You have eyes like lotus and have the glory of being worshipped by ascetics like SANAKA. You have a form like Cupid and you are pure.
Oh the ocean of compassion! Your lotus feet have the glory re-animating AHALYA- the consort of the great sage. The protector of celestials, your teeth are like jasmine buds. You, the supreme Lord indulged in sporting with the daughter of earth-SITA.
You are the gem of the Sun dynasty; immaculate in charector; skilful in eliminating all impurities. Your beautiful face which equals the moon- the close friend of lily flower. You are effulgent like lotus and radiant like the clouds.
